1. round-robin IP addresses, various hosting: this is SERIOUS.
2. ns1.time-am.com > hey they have their own DNS > this is SERIOUS
3. this DNS serves wachovia24.org, wachovia-bank.org, wachovia24.net

uh too bad, this is NOT SERIOUS

I'm afraid I'll stay stuck in my dead-end job.
